No, there is no option to pay half at the time of biometric verification and the remaining half at the time of delivery as you will receive your Rent Agreement copy via email/ WhatsApp (Digital Delivery). The entire payment has to be done before the biometric visit, as we have to pay stamp duty, registration fees to the government before taking the biometrics. However, Part payment can be done before biometric as many times the amount is divided between tenant and owner equally.
